Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Support Engineer (West Coast).

Key Responsibilities

Support internal systems including Laptops, Desktops, Azure AVD, Entra ID, Intune, MS Defender, and VOIP systems
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for end-user support and desktop environments
Collaborate with the internal infrastructure team to manage and maintain IT systems

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of IT experience/administration
Advanced PowerShell skills including scripting
Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and desktop/mobile device troubleshooting
Knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, and Group Policy
Experience in data and platform migrations, including cloud migrations
