Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Systems & Analytics Associate / Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain revenue operations infrastructure, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Map cross-functional workflows to identify and improve bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in data analytics, operations, or business operations at a high growth company
• Strong experience as a power user or admin of Airtable or similar no-code database tools
• Proven track record in building and maintaining operational trackers and reporting
• Experience with BI or analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or BigQuery
• Comfort in managing large datasets and improving complex workflows
