Job Summary
To drive growth and retention for a strategic global Supplier Payment client, the full-time International Account Development Manager will manage executive-level relationships, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver tailored solutions in a remote capacity within the Tri-State/Northeast/Mid-Atlantic regions.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the global strategic vision for the account, including business plans and action steps for program growth and client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships across various business units and geographies, ensuring strong connectivity with key stakeholders
- Analyze client financial performance and recommend strategies for improving profitability and enhancing efficiency
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the corporate travel industry or travel technology space
- Strong track record of building relationships and influencing at the executive level
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects across virtual teams
- Experience developing and progressing a pipeline of opportunities through strategic, solution-based selling
- Deep understanding of the travel agency operating model and travel payment solutions
