Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of a strategic global Supplier Payment client, the full-time International Account Development Manager will drive program growth, retention, and client satisfaction while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment across the Tri-State, Northeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and execute the global strategic vision for the account, including business plans and action steps to achieve growth and retention
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships across various business units and geographies, ensuring strong connectivity with key stakeholders
  • Analyze client financial performance and recommend strategies for improving profitability and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the corporate travel industry or travel technology space
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and navigate complex client needs
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in developing and progressing a pipeline of opportunities through strategic, solution-based selling
  • Deep understanding of the travel agency operating model and travel payment solutions
