Job Summary
To drive strategic growth and client satisfaction, the full-time International Account Development Manager will manage a key global Supplier Payment client, leveraging expertise in the corporate travel industry while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the global strategic vision for the account, focusing on business growth and client retention
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships across various business units to ensure strong stakeholder connectivity
- Analyze client financial performance and recommend strategies to improve profitability and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the corporate travel industry or travel technology space
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence at the executive level
- Experience leading cross-functional projects across virtual teams and regions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Deep understanding of the travel agency operating model and travel payment solutions
