Job Summary
Driving global program growth and client retention, the full-time International Account Development Manager will manage strategic relationships with key commercial card clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic business plans to enhance growth and retention across global and regional customers
- Lead contract negotiations and manage complex collaborations with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop deep relationships with clients, understanding their needs to align American Express products and services effectively
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in client management and business development within multinational enterprises, particularly in commercial card payments
- Proven success in driving growth through strategic planning and consultative selling
- Experience in global contract management and complex negotiations
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive work and action plans
- Strong understanding of global commercial payment products and their financial benefits
