Key Responsibilities

• Support international sales teams and customers through direct customer service and relationship building
• Maintain customer service levels by processing orders, invoicing, and handling export documentation
• Analyze data to identify business issues and support project needs, while assisting with customer claims and inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 0-2 years of related experience and/or training
• Ability to analyze customer departments to identify sales opportunities
• Motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Professionalism and excellent presentation skills
