International Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing accounting operations for international subsidiaries, the full-time International Accounting Manager will manage accounting staff, review full-cycle accounting processes, and help establish accounting infrastructure in new jurisdictions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting staff and manage day-to-day operations for international entities
• Review full-cycle accounting, including journal entries and month-end close deliverables for multiple foreign subsidiaries
• Establish and maintain accounting infrastructure for new jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local accounting rules

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with at least 8 years of accounting experience, including management of accounting staff
• Experience with international operations and multi-entity, multi-currency accounting
• Proficiency in NetSuite or similar accounting software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Flexibility to accommodate meetings with overseas staff and vendors
