International Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing all US GAAP accounting activities for a recent international acquisition, the full-time International Accounting Manager will manage daily accounting tasks, own the month-end close process, and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate financial reporting in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly US GAAP accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Own the month-end close process, including account reconciliations and posting adjusting journal entries
• Review team work products for accuracy, enhance processes, and assist with statutory financial statements as needed

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of accounting experience, with Big-4 experience strongly preferred
• Strong US GAAP experience; exposure to IFRS or other non-US GAAP standards is preferred
• BA or BS degree in Accounting; CPA or active progress toward CPA certification is strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing international entities and working across multiple currencies
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, with NetSuite experience a plus
