International Analytics Lead

Job Summary

Driving the technical implementation of data systems, the full-time International Analytics Lead will manage scalable tooling and standardized data pipelines while fostering collaboration among local analysts across various countries, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Streamlit-based KPI reporting platform and define technical requirements for secure data enclaves
• Establish and enforce data governance standards and protocols to ensure data integrity and responsible usage
• Facilitate a community of analysts across country teams, promoting shared learning and best practices

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, and business intelligence, preferably in an edtech or nonprofit context
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Strong understanding of education data systems and common educational metrics
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
