Job Summary

As the International Benefits Lead, this full-time remote position will manage and evolve international benefits programs, partner with various stakeholders on renewals and market reviews, and lead global mobility initiatives to enhance the employee experience across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the management and evolution of international benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellbeing benefits
• Evaluate benefit competitiveness and recommend improvements that balance employee needs with business priorities and compliance
• Support global mobility programs, ensuring a consistent employee experience throughout the mobility lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Significant experience in international benefits, global total rewards, or benefits consulting
• Experience managing benefits programs across multiple countries and regulatory environments
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate program costs and market trends
• Ability to communicate effectively across cultures and organizational levels
