A company is looking for an International Business and Trade Programme Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee program delivery and manage the student and faculty experience for the BSc (Hons) International Business and Trade
• Lead and develop the faculty team while ensuring continuous professional growth and alignment with program objectives
• Implement quality assurance processes and enhance teaching and learning based on feedback and reviews

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or related subjects
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership development or similar roles within higher education
• Proven experience in curriculum design, development, and quality assurance in higher education
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management
