International Capture Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with industry partners and provide market intelligence
• Lead complex capture efforts for competitive RFPs and manage business planning activities
• Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to proposal content development

Required Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance; active clearance preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven leadership experience in business development and capture management
• Experience capturing programs funded by U.S. Government agencies operating internationally
• Strong financial acumen, including oversight of B&P investments
