Job Summary
Supporting international business activities, the full-time Senior Counsel, International Commercial will provide legal advice, draft and negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on international commercial matters and support the execution of business priorities across various regions
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements in international markets
- Advise on privacy and data considerations relevant to international operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Degree in Law and admission to practice
- 12-15+ years of relevant legal experience in international or cross-border commercial operations
- Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry
- Strong background in commercial contracting and business counseling
- Experience working within a global or highly matrixed organization
