International Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Compensation Analyst II, US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and review compensation and payroll data from multiple countries
• Prepare payroll instructions, balance sheets, and compensation reports
• Audit work and support special projects, audits, and process improvements as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, Human Resources, International Business, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a global mobility, accounting, finance, payroll, compensation, tax, or another data-focused analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience using Cognos, Power BI, Tableau or similar is strongly preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, with proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese highly desired
