Job Summary
To support a high-growth environment, the full-time International Compensation Analyst will reconcile worldwide compensation, coordinate data collection, and ensure tax compliance for global locations in a remote/hybrid work setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect and reconcile worldwide compensation for assignees and global transfers
- Calculate expatriate allowances and prepare cost projections
- Instruct global payrolls and report shadow payroll in compliance with host location practices
Required qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
- 5-10 years of expatriate tax experience with a background in global mobility compensation
- Experience with Equus Platform compensation and cost estimates preferred
- Ability to learn client accrual reporting requirements using Excel and Aires technology tools
- SQL knowledge is helpful for supporting the creation of User Reports
