Job Summary
Providing day-to-day legal support, the full-time International Corporate Lawyer will manage corporate and commercial law matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, while working remotely across various jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle corporate and commercial law matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Support the company on cross-border and international legal matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Identify complex legal issues requiring external expertise and coordinate with external legal counsel
Required qualifications
- 2-3+ years of relevant legal experience with international and cross-border matters involving US, UK, and EU jurisdictions
- Practical experience in corporate and commercial law
- Experience in intellectual property (IP) law
- Fluent in Russian and B2+ English for contract review and negotiation
- Ability to work independently and build legal processes from scratch
