International Customer Support Specialist

A company is looking for an International Customer Support professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer support inquiries across multiple channels including live chat and Discord
• Develop and lead a culture of exceptional customer support and build internal resources to improve workflows
• Act as a trusted point of contact for the community and escalate high-priority issues to relevant teams

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, gaming, or web3
• Experience in payments, market operations, KYC/AML compliance, or trading infrastructure
• Familiarity with managing large online communities, particularly on Discord
• Availability to work shifts on weekends and outside standard work hours
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
