Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Lawyer specializing in labor and employment laws across multiple countries and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on employment laws and ensure compliance with local labor regulations
• Manage cross-border employment issues, including vendor management and employee rights during mergers and acquisitions
• Collaborate with outside counsel on employment disputes and conduct legal research on international labor laws

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution
• 7+ years of experience in employment law, with at least 3 years of international exposure
• Experience with multinational corporations or global law firms
• Familiarity with global mobility and immigration law
• Experience supporting HR teams in a fast-paced, global organization
