International Evaluation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Evaluation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the design, implementation, and results of the project at various levels
• Evaluate the project's value for money and its influence on government understanding of urban recovery
• Identify lessons learned and provide recommendations for future programming

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A master's degree in international development, project management, or related fields
• 10 years of evaluation experience, particularly in conflict contexts
• A minimum of 7 years in results-based management and policy development
• International experience in project evaluation for various organizations
• Knowledge of urban recovery and governance, with familiarity in the EECCA region being an asset
