Job Summary

A company is looking for an International FinTech Counsel to provide legal support for its financial products and services expansion internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise cross-functional stakeholders on international financial laws and regulations for product expansion
• Draft and negotiate partnership agreements and commercial contracts with financial institutions and service providers
• Research and respond to legal questions regarding financial products across multiple geographies

Required Qualifications

• Degree from an ABA-accredited law school or equivalent, with necessary qualifications to practice in-house law
• 5+ years of legal experience with international financial products and services, specifically in the UK, Ireland, Canada, or Australia
• Experience in leading negotiations and drafting commercial agreements in the financial services sector
• Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations across various international jurisdictions
• Experience in overseeing the expansion of financial products into new global territories
