Job Summary

International FinTech Counsel, an experienced mid-level attorney is sought for a full-time remote position to provide transactional and regulatory legal support for international financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise cross-functional stakeholders on multi-national financial laws and regulations
• Draft and negotiate strategic partnership agreements and commercial contracts
• Research and respond to legal and regulatory questions regarding financial products across multiple geographies

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school or equivalent
• 5+ years of legal experience in international financial products and services
• Experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements in the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of international financial laws and regulations
• Experience managing the expansion of financial products into new global territories
