International IT Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an International IT Officer to provide technical leadership and support across its international programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support and training for IT systems and applications, focusing on capacity building in country offices
• Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with security protocols while collaborating with the Home Office IT Security Officer
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and support local IT capacity, including backup and disaster recovery practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
• 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure roles, preferably in an international environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and the Microsoft Windows operating system
• Ability to adapt and troubleshoot in a dynamic IT environment
