Key Responsibilities

Support regulatory matters and activities of the group's companies in various regions
Draft, proofread, and negotiate various legal agreements and documents
Provide legal support to different teams on corporate, contractual, and intellectual property matters

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in corporate, contractual, and regulatory consulting
Knowledge of international corporate, commercial, and contractual law
Experience with international companies or abroad
IP or Tax expertise is a significant advantage
Fluent in English, both written and oral, with understanding of legal English
