A company is looking for an International Lawyer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support activities of the group's companies in various regions regarding regulatory matters
• Draft, proofread, and negotiate various legal agreements
• Provide day-to-day legal support to different teams on corporate, contractual, and intellectual property matters

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters
• Knowledge of international corporate, commercial, and contractual law
• Experience in international companies or abroad
• IP or Tax expertise is a significant advantage
• Fluent command of the English language, both written and oral
