International Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinating the movement of international ocean, airfreight, and cross-border shipments, the full-time International Logistics Coordinator will execute shipping transactions, optimize service and cost performance, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support contract negotiations for ocean carriers and execute international shipping optimization strategies
• Coordinate the routing of export and import shipments, ensuring compliance with US Customs requirements
• Monitor carrier performance and assist in developing key performance indicators for international logistics operations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or international transportation
• Strong knowledge of international logistics processes and regulations
• Proficient in data analysis and MS Office Excel for heavy data calculations
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, Supply Chain, or International Business preferred
• Familiarity with export compliance rules and commercial border crossings
