Job Summary

Fluent in Mandarin and English, the full-time International Logistics Coordinator will manage international logistics activities, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, coordinating temperature-controlled biological shipments, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide trade compliance support and guidance, including export documentation and customs requirements
• Manage temperature-controlled shipments, ensuring adherence to domestic and international regulations
• Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate efficient customs clearance and resolve shipping issues

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• 3+ years of experience in international logistics, export operations, or trade compliance
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and shipping documentation
• Experience with temperature-controlled shipments and related regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with Salesforce
