International Logistics Manager

Job Summary

To architect a global logistics and warehousing model, the full-time International Logistics Manager will own over $100M in international freight spend, design a multi-year category strategy, and lead 3PL and warehousing governance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of international freight spend, including contract warehousing and customs brokerage across all business units
• Design and execute a multi-year International Logistics category strategy aligned with the company's freight transformation roadmap
• Lead the development and governance of 3PL strategy, including provider selection, contract negotiations, and performance management

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in international logistics, global freight, or 3PL management within complex industrial environments
• Deep experience in ocean, air freight, forwarding, and customs brokerage
• Proven track record of building category strategies and operating models from scratch
• Experience with WMS implementation and warehouse systems management preferred
• Comfortable deploying analytics tools and AI-assisted workflows in logistics operations
