Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the movement of household goods and personal items for clients' assignees
• Generate rate quotes and manage financial aspects of international moves, ensuring profitability and compliance
• Maintain customer satisfaction by proactively communicating and resolving issues throughout the relocation process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of industry/freight forwarding experience or 3 years of related customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of world geography and strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
