International Marketing Associate

Job Summary

To support international expansion, the full-time Marketing Associate in the International department will manage digital and direct communications, create engaging content for various channels, and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives while working remotely from the UK, Germany, Switzerland, or Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize digital and direct communications to engage and retain pet owners, breeders, and veterinarians
• Build and manage content and campaigns across multiple channels to increase responsible pet ownership
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide insights and recommendations based on regional performance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with MarTech tools, such as Content Management Systems or Marketing Automation
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining organized
• Experience in content creation using tools like Adobe Illustrator or Canva
• Familiarity with project management software such as Smartsheet
• Native proficiency in German, with professional working proficiency in English; fluency in Dutch is a plus
