International Move Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and customer-focused International Move Coordinator, the full-time role will manage the entire household goods relocation process while providing exceptional service to clients and assignees remotely from the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and assignees, ensuring a positive relocation experience and clear communication throughout the move
• Manage end-to-end logistics coordination, including planning shipment routes and liaising with vendors and agencies for timely delivery
• Ensure data integrity and accurate documentation in internal systems while supporting timely billing and addressing customer issues promptly

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in the moving industry or freight forwarding
• Strong geographical awareness and understanding of global logistics processes
• Analytical mindset with the ability to calculate rates and assess financial margins
• Proven ability to develop creative solutions and act independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related job systems
