Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategy for Customer Programs, including testing and implementing new platforms
• Design and deliver reporting to drive actionable insights across operational metrics
• Gather feedback and provide innovative solutions balancing operational and business needs

Required Qualifications

• BA required; analytical degree preferred
• 3+ years of analytically oriented business leadership experience
• Strong analytic skills with the ability to recognize trends within data
• Highly versed in analytical software suites and advanced Excel skills
• Solid grasp of statistical analysis and multivariate modeling is a plus
