Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage international operations strategy, including fulfillment and freight management
• Oversee international 3PL and freight partners, ensuring performance meets established SLAs and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with duties and taxes, adapting processes to regulatory changes across shipping regions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in international ecommerce operations or global logistics
• Proven experience managing international 3PL and freight partnerships
• Strong understanding of cross-border duties, taxes, and customs regulations
• Experience in launching new international markets effectively
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms related to operations
