International Operations Director

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of international operations, the full-time remote International Operations Director will manage fulfillment, cross-border freight, compliance, and market expansion to ensure a seamless customer experience across non-US markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end international operations strategy, including fulfillment, freight, duties, and returns
• Manage international 3PL and freight partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance standards
• Oversee compliance and landed cost modeling, partnering with Finance to ensure accurate duty calculations and regulatory adherence

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in international ecommerce operations or global logistics
• Proven track record in managing international 3PL and freight partner relationships
• Deep understanding of cross-border duties, taxes, and customs compliance
• Experience launching new international markets, including systems and compliance
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, with advanced Excel skills
