International Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Operations Specialist to support sales and operations in executing customer and vendor transactions in foreign countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation of procurement paths and ensure compliance with vendor agreements for international transactions
• Provide accurate information to stakeholders and respond to inquiries regarding international operations
• Collaborate with IT and business applications to enhance systems for tracking and automating international transaction processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant industry experience
• 2+ years of experience supporting transactions outside of the US, including VAT compliance
• Preferred systems experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
