International Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing daily operations in the international department, the fully remote International Operations Specialist will ensure the accuracy and security of criminal record searches and verifications while processing client requests and maintaining data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to established Standard Operating Policies and Procedures to meet client expectations
• Perform thorough research to process customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Communicate timely updates and results to clients while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information

Required qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel at an intermediate level or higher
• Experience with process workflow design and creating standard operating procedures
• Basic knowledge of data structures
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
