International PAHO Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an international consultant for the RRF St. Jude project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the strengthening of Working Groups/Steering Committees related to the Global Platform for Access to Medicines against Childhood Cancer
• Facilitate the procurement process, including order management, shipment coordination, and in-country delivery of childhood cancer medicines
• Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures for the management of childhood cancer medicine supplies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's and master's degrees in pharmacy, Health Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• Seven years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or logistics management with a focus on health supplies
• Experience in strengthening national pediatric oncology programs and public health systems
• Proficiency in estimating needs for pediatric oncological health technologies
• Previous experience with PAHO/WHO in public health programs is highly valued
