Job Summary

Results-driven and performance-obsessed, the full-time remote International Paid Social Manager will optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms to drive customer acquisition and achieve CAC targets in international markets.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns to drive scalable growth
  • Manage channel performance to meet customer acquisition cost (CAC) and new customer volume targets
  • Execute data-driven A/B testing across creative and landing page experiences to enhance performance
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing performance media campaigns in the DTC e-commerce space
  • Hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok ad platforms, including campaign management and optimization
  • Experience in developing and owning comprehensive testing roadmaps for paid social channels
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy from a direct response performance perspective
  • Familiarity with attribution methodologies and experience running conversion lift studies
