Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Payroll Lead to manage payroll operations across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for the Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, France, and Austria, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal governance standards
• Collaborate with external payroll providers and internal teams to streamline operations and address payroll inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing multi-country payroll operations, particularly in European jurisdictions
• Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements
• Experience with payroll implications of equity awards across multiple jurisdictions
• Proficient in international HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Personio, UKG/Immedis, ADP, SAP)
• Fluent in written and spoken English
