International Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager, International.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll processing across multiple geographies (except for North America)
• Oversee payroll filing requirements and work closely with the People Team on compensation changes
• Participate in future processing tool platform selection and implementation and drive process improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline
• 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably with a mix of big company and startup work
• SaaS and startup experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote-first environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
