Job Summary
To support international payroll administration for global mobility clients, the full-time International Compensation & Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processes, deliver payroll instructions, and conduct reconciliations while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in payroll services for international clients
- Create and deliver payroll instructions to local payroll providers based on compensation worksheets
- Conduct monthly payroll reconciliations and prepare total compensation reports for clients
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in global payroll, global mobility, or auditing roles
- Expertise in auditing and reconciling payroll results
- Experience in producing compensation worksheets or a strong understanding of their preparation
- Proficiency with Excel and ad hoc report writing tools
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or global payroll specialty designation preferred
