International Programs Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Programs Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, design, and implementation of international initiatives in collaboration with leadership and regional partners
• Facilitate alignment and information-sharing among regional consultants to support project documentation and progress tracking
• Advise on strategies to strengthen and expand international partnerships and contribute to the development of capacity-building resources

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience with civil society organizations, particularly in arts or human rights fields
• Demonstrated experience providing strategic support to complex programs or initiatives
• Minimum of three years of project management experience, including managing timelines and stakeholders
• Experience working with distributed teams in cross-cultural or international contexts
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
