International Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Owning the international quality system, the full-time International Quality Assurance Manager will manage product release, compliance processes, and supplier oversight while working remotely, ideally from Germany or the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Release products after verifying specifications, manufacturing documents, and market-specific requirements
• Build and run quality processes for EU products, including complaint management and incident processes
• Oversee supplier qualification and manage quality agreements, audits, and ongoing performance monitoring

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of quality assurance experience in food, beverage, dietary supplements, or consumer health, with international focus
• Hands-on experience with EU quality requirements, including GMP, HACCP, and traceability
• Proven depth in quality systems, including CAPAs, investigations, and document control
• Experience managing external manufacturers and handling recalls or market actions
• Ability to work across multiple time zones with a distributed team and external partners
