• Provide weekly status updates on all open recruitments and maintain communication with hiring managers
• Source passive candidates and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or a relevant field
• Five years of recruitment experience required, with at least two years managing full life cycle recruitment
• Experience collaborating with multiple hiring managers and maintaining strong relationships
• Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Prior experience using applicant tracking software
