Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of international relocation activities and ensure adherence to client policies
• Provide exceptional customer service to assignees and their families while managing service delivery
• Maintain relationships with internal departments and external partners to meet client expectations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Related business experience in customer service or relocation field
• Experience in a high-pressure customer service environment
• Demonstrated analytical and process skills
• Computer literacy, including intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Bilingual and/or expatriate experience is desirable
