International Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Assignment Consultant II for remote work in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all phases of international assignment activities, ensuring exceptional customer service for assignees and their families
• Deliver services according to company and client standards, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products and services
• Counsel assignees on the utilization of international assignment program benefits and identify areas for service improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of related business experience in customer service or the relocation field
• Relocation experience with direct client contact preferred
• Bilingual in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
