Key Responsibilities

• Administer relocation policies and provide coordination for all phases of international relocation activities
• Manage data and compliance with service status maintenance and audit requirements
• Enhance relationships with internal departments and external suppliers while identifying areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 2-3 years of customer service experience required
• Previous experience with international relocation or living/working abroad preferred
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
