International Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

International Relocation Consultant, responsible for managing the relocation process for international assignees in a remote, full-time position, while providing guidance on policies, benefits, and logistical coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer relocation policies and provide coordination for all phases of international relocation activities
• Maintain relationships with internal departments and external suppliers while ensuring compliance with service standards
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and revenue generation, and participate in special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience with international relocation or living/working abroad preferred
• 2-3 years of customer service experience required
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Excel)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in both languages
