International Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as the navigator of the relocation process, the full-time International Relocation Consultant will manage all phases of international assignment activities, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate all phases of international assignment activities and serve as the single point of contact for clients and assignees
• Counsel assignees on the effective use of international assignment program benefits and identify areas for service improvement
• Maintain data within company systems to comply with audit requirements while delivering services according to established standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relocation work experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of related business experience in customer service or the relocation field
• Relocation experience with direct client contact preferred
• Bilingual in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
