International Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

Managing a caseload of international assignees, the full-time International Relocation Consultant will administer relocation policies, coordinate household goods shipment, and provide counseling on benefits and services in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of coordination for all phases of international relocation activities
• Deliver products and services according to company and client standards while maintaining compliance with audit requirements
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and revenue generation while participating in special projects as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 2-3 years of customer service experience required
• Previous experience with international relocation or living/working abroad preferred
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with strong relationship management skills
